Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-26 · The English version is authoritative.

Conditions for using the service. The service is provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (company number 15938927, United Kingdom).

1. The service

ConsentKit is a managed cookie consent service: consent banner, Google Consent Mode v2 integration, server-side tag routing and a consent audit log, including initial setup (concierge onboarding) and ongoing operation on the client's domains.

2. Account and sign-up

Sign-up is via the form on this website; onboarding is currently performed manually by us. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3. Plans and fees

Starter plan: 15 EUR per domain per month; agency/white-label plans are priced individually. Pricing is available on the website. The fee covers the banner, consent-signal routing, the audit log and its operation for the subscribed domain.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. All fees and payments are in EUR (euro) — this is the basis of billing; USD may be offered as an additional currency option at checkout. Invoices are issued by Stripe with the provided company details; EU VAT per Stripe Tax. Until Stripe checkout launches, early customers are invoiced manually.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid billing period. An export of the client's consent log is available on request at contract end.

6. Client responsibilities

The client remains the data controller of their own website. The ConsentKit snippet must be kept as the first script of the page head and the banner must not be bypassed or suppressed. The service does not constitute legal advice; final legal-compliance responsibility for the client's website remains with the client.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, code and brand belong to the operator. The client receives a non-exclusive right to embed and display the banner on the subscribed domains for the duration of the subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We warrant careful implementation per current platform documentation (Google Consent Mode v2, Meta LDU), but do not guarantee specific legal or business outcomes.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; we will notify clients of material changes. The service is provided by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (United Kingdom); the laws of the United Kingdom govern this agreement. Consumers in the EU retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence.
